Connect & Create: Breakout Spaces

Zest offers clean and sophisticated breakout spaces, adding real value beyond typical student houses to rent Bristol, allowing residents to study, socialise and unwind. We allocate around 7 students per breakout area, giving ample space for relaxed studying, chatting to other students and having some down time. Each breakout space also comes with a casual kitchenette for tea, coffee, snacks and more.

Laundry Facilities

We understand that laundry can be a hassle, especially if you need to transport your clothes across long distances.

Our accommodation has efficient washing machines and tumble dryers on site, giving you a quick and convenient laundry solution just moments away from your studio.

Parking

Please note that due to planning restrictions, there is no on-site parking at our accommodation. Students will not be able to bring cars to the development.
