With Zest, you’ll experience:

We have 75 private, self contained studio apartments that come fully furnished, providing a comfortable and modern environment for students to thrive. You’ll also find washing machines and tumble dryers available for our residents too, offering a convenient place to do laundry, close to our studios. If you’re looking for rooms with additional space, our ground floor studios offer even more room. More similar to a small apartment, our ground floor rooms are perfect for extra comfort.
No Hidden Fees & Straightforward Cost
We aim to keep things simple and transparent, so that you aren’t ambushed by hidden fees or costs.
How it works:
● Our studios start from £950 a month, with no hidden fees.
● We will require a deposit of 4-5 weeks rent to secure your studio.
● Water and other bills are included in our pricing.
● Your electricity bill is paid via a top-up meter, meaning you only pay for what you use.
